Good bye Taiwan… I’ll miss you May 22, 2006

Don’t cry, you’ve had such good weather for my last days… oh wow, you’re raining hard suddenly… Well I had a great time in your cities and beaches and mountains. I will miss your food a lot (oh you’re such a good cook Taiwan) but I think I will miss your people the most. I made a lot of friends here, and we will miss eac other.
No I don’t think I’ll be back, atleast, not for a long time…

wow, parting is such sweet sorrow, eh? Well, I look forward to seeing you stateside! You arrive tomorrow!!! yes, you really did love taiwanese food… you also liked Rent, didn’t you? well, there’s no accounting for taste, but I must say you did meet some cool people out there, and from my visit it seemed you really made Taipei your home away from home.

Yeah, Taiwan is like your home away from home so you’re welcomed back at any time. I don’t know if we’ll ever see each other again but I’m hoping if we will, I’ll see you in the states and then you’ll show me how different America is from Taiwan. Best wishes and fly safe.
