It occurs during the full moon in the middle of a lunar month.<\/p>\n<p>It seems to be a great excuse for people to have a huge celebration, eat food and see fireworks. There were a Ton of lanterns there, many created by convicts as a form of repentance.<\/p>\n<p>There are a Lot of pics (click the one up above for more) showing the Huge throng of people and all the art.
