Two days of class is No fun, or, Mosquito bites galore February 7, 2006

Half my body is covered in mosquito bites. In today’s class alone I killed four as they tried to drink me or students.

I had to say goodbye to my class after just two days, which is sad, because they were a great class, and I didn’t get the full amount of time with them I should have.

I found out today that I will have to leave Taiwan earlier than I expected, on what’s referred to as a “Visa Run.” Basically, I can come into Taiwan an unlimited amount of times between now and 2010, but I can only stay 60 days per entry. So every 60 days, people have to pop in and out. So in mid March I will run down to Hong Kong for a weekend. Ultimately this sounds kick ass anyway.
